Policies in plain words

How delivery, paying, cancelling and replacements work, and what we do with your details. These are samples until Drona Tek confirms them.

Delivery

Delivery is ₹49 an order, and free when your order comes to ₹499 or more.

We pack and send your order within 1 to 3 working days, and it reaches you 3 to 7 working days after that. When it leaves us, we send you the courier's name and tracking number on WhatsApp, and you can follow it on the Track page.

You can send any of them as a gift: at checkout, give the name, address and mobile number of the person receiving it.

Paying

Pay in cash when your order arrives, or online with UPI, a debit or credit card, or net banking. Online payments go through Razorpay, so your card and bank details never reach us.

Prices are in Indian rupees, and the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order until it leaves us, on the Track page, with your order number and the mobile number you ordered with. Once it has left, call or WhatsApp us.

If you paid online, the money goes back to the account you paid from. Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days.

Replacement

If what you ordered arrives damaged or doesn't work, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a video of the unboxing, and we'll replace it.

Privacy

When you order, we ask for your name, mobile number and address, and your email if you'd like to give it. We use them to deliver your order and to reach you about it, and for nothing else. We don't sell or share them.

  • Your order is kept in our order records on Cloudflare, where this website runs. We keep the records of sales for our accounts, as tax law asks.
  • Online payments are handled by Razorpay, under its own privacy policy.
  • Your cart is kept in your own browser, and this website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Its fonts come from Google Fonts.

Terms

Drona Tek sells plug-in mantra boxes, night lamps and the Chalisa Magnet Speaker on this website, at the prices it shows when you order.

An order is placed once you see its order number. If we can't send an order, we cancel it and return anything you paid, in full.

Boxes and lamps plug into a 240 V wall socket, and the magnet speaker charges over Type-C. Please use them indoors and keep them away from water.
